Hilton Malta is looking to recruit Baristas on a full/part-time basis to join their Food and Beverage Team. The ideal candidates should be team players with a positive attitude, have a passion for food and beverage and excel in customer service.

Requirements:
The ideal candidates should be reliable and outgoing with excellent guest and communication skills, an eye for detail as well as a flair for meeting people and working within a team environment;
They are looking for smart individuals who enjoy being of service, who are able to follow our brand standards and who can come up with creative ways to ‘WOW’ our guests;
Previous work experience in a hotel or bar environment coupled with a formal ITS (or equivalent) qualification will be considered an asset.
