Job Information:

Job Context:

• CNC Operators must be experienced to work on HURCO CNC milling machines powered by Winmax software.  

• HURCO has manufacturing units in Bangladesh in the north and south and their machines are widely used in all modern engineering companies in Bangladesh.

Job Description:

• Prepare the materials and tools used in accordance with the working instructions and the production order.  

• Adjust the CNC programs for the production process.  

• Observe the process and operation of the machine to check the accuracy of the settings and detect malfunctions or non-compliant processing.  

• Check the products qualitatively after processing to comply with the drawing of the execution of the part (compliance with the tolerances on the drawing).  

• Check the dimensional mark after processing, using dedicated measurement and control instruments (caliper, micrometer, projector).  

• Maintain the tools used in the production process.  

• Responsible for carrying out Autonomous Maintenance.

Requirements:

Educational: 

H.S.C

Experience: 

At least 3 years.

Job Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years 

• Only males are allowed to apply. 

• Previous experience in the machining of at least 3 years  

• Experience on classic lathes  

• Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and checks of manufactured parts (experience in using measuring instruments)  

• Seriousness, adaptability, and desire to work and learn  

• Cleaning and compliance with internal and workplace rules 

• Duty Times: 8 Hours 

• Passport Copy 

• NID Copy 

• Birth Certificate Copy 

• Work Experience Certificate (If any).

Salary and Compensation:

Salary: 60k - 70k per month.
