Good News! New MoU signed for recruitment of workers from Bangladesh to Malaysia in 2022
Bangladesh and Malaysia government has signed MoU recruitment of workers from Bangladesh.
This agreement signed by Bangladesh Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment minister Imran Ahmed and Malaysian Minister of human resources Mr. Datuk Seri M Saravanan.
Sunday, 19 December 2021 at 11 am early in the morning, MoU signed by both representative of Bangladesh and Malaysia at Kualalampur, the capital city of Malaysia informed by a Press Release from Dhaka.
The signing of this MoU has created new opportunities for the formation of standard framework for recruitment, employment and repatriation of workers from Bangladesh.
As a result of the signing of this MoU, all expenses incurred by the Malaysian side in hiring workers from Bangladesh will be borne by the employers of that country.
Under this, the employer will bear the cost of recruiting agency, accommodation cost, medical expenses, reintegration and repatriation or leave expenses in their home country.
The employer will be able to hire a recruiting agent in Malaysia at his own cost. After arriving in Malaysia, the employer will bear all the expenses of each worker including immigration fee, visa fee, health cost, insurance cost, quarantine. And this will greatly reduce the cost of immigration of workers.
