Coalition of CIA Calderati Configricultura Cover Cooperatives (including Lega Dale Cooperatives and Confcooperative).
The National Labor Inspector will be further instructed to investigate such requests, with a specific instruction from the Minister of Labor and Social Policy. After all, 1,000 of the 42,000 quotas are reserved for entry for many years of seasonal work.
Please note that the Consolidated Immigration Act makes it possible to re-apply for seasonal work for a three-year residence permit, if the worker has already entered Italy to perform seasonal subordinate work at least once in the previous five years.
Apart from the previous one, any other employer can also submit the application.
One of the major advantages of a multi-year permit is that it allows seasonal workers to enter Italy the following year without having to issue a flow decree for seasonal work. In the case of a multi-year seasonal permit for subsequent years of the first, the request for employment may be made by an employer other than the employer who has received a three-year permit for seasonal work.
