Millions of dollars scholarship announced for Bangladeshi students in Canada
On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, the founding president of ABM College in Calgary, Canada, Dr. Baten has announced the scholarship. The scholarship amounts to one million Canadian dollars. This scholarship will be given to the first one hundred students from Bangladesh who will come to Canada and study in this BM College.

Baten said in an exclusive interview with Channel I: ABM College will provide a scholarship of one million Canadian dollars to Bangladeshi students in 2022 to protect the dignity of the language in view of the International Mother Language Day. He further said that our expatriates irrespective of race, religion and caste have to come forward and play a strong role in bringing the language movement of '52, the great liberation war of 1971 and those who gave their lives for the country to the world and to keep the values of red and green flag integrated. And there is no alternative to higher education for that purpose.
